California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) are intended to enhance privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California, United States of America. This section provides information, organized in accordance with the CCPA/CPRA for residents of California, about how we handle certain personal information we have collected over the past 12 months.
Categories of Personal Information
BINSERA’s Privacy Policy discloses the categories of personal information that we collect, use, and disclose in connection with the BINSERA Services over the past 12 months.
- Collect. The section entitled What Information Is BINSERA Collecting? outlines the categories of information BINSERA collects from you in connection with your use of the BINSERA Services.
- Use. The section entitled How Does BINSERA Use Your Information? discloses ways in which BINSERA uses your personal information.
- Disclose. The section entitled Will BINSERA Share Your Personal Information? discloses that we share your personal information with, service providers, law enforcement authorities, and as needed with third parties to provide our services.
- Retain. Our data retention criteria are based on purpose, need, or to meet certain legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
BINSERA will never sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
Your Rights.
Pursuant to the CCPA/CPRA, California consumers have the right to make the following requests regarding their personal information:
- Deletion. You have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you.
- Right to Know. You have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you over the past 12 months, including the categories of information, sources, and purposes of collection, as well as categories of third parties we have shared it with.
- Right to Correct. You have the right to request corrections to inaccurate personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months.
- Right to Limit Use. You have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information to that which is reasonably expected and necessary to provide goods or services. BINSERA already limits our use of sensitive personal information in this way.
- Designated Agent. You may designate an agent to make a request on your behalf. The identity of any such Designated Agent will need to be verified by BINSERA.
Right to Non-discrimination
BINSERA will not discriminate against California consumers by denying goods or services; charging a different price or rate for goods or services; or providing a different level or quality of goods or services; based upon a consumer’s exercise of any CCPA/CPRA rights.
